      <image:title>Our Team - John-Mark Newton (Secretary)</image:title>
<image:caption>John-Mark has been fascinated for a long time by the relationship between poverty, justice and charity, particulary in the context of the Christian faith. Over the years this has lead to many things, from visiting refugeee camps in Turkey to an active involvement in the plight of street children in Zimbabwe via the Just Children Foundation ,and now, something new, with the Hand in Hand Foundation Worldwide.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Team - Anthony Harper (Chairman)</image:title>
<image:caption>Anthony is the Chairman, and pioneer to setting up Hand in Hand Foundation Worldwide. With his wife Catherine, they run a small Post Office and retail business. He has previously been a trustee for Youth for Christ (Tunbridge Wells), helping set up the local charity branch, before he moved away to the West Country. For a number of years he was a trustee and Honorary Secretary for Just Children Foundation (UK). He was also involved in setting up Josiah Venture UK in Scotland and was a trustee for a few years. Anthony felt very privileged to serve on these charities and the work they have accomplished. Speaking of work in Zimbabwe 'Once you have seen the work first hand and the help and need required you can’t help but become engaged. The passion that is stirred inside you helps you to view life in a different way.' And one of Anthony's favourite quotes: 'We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.' <image:title>Our Team - Noel Baker (Treasurer)</image:title>
<image:caption>I’m Noel Baker, the newest Trustee Hand in Hand Foundation Worldwide, and also the Honorary Treasurer. I have been aware of the support HIHFW have been offering to projects in Africa for a number of years, and am proud now to be involved in their work on a personal basis. I have been involved with youth work at my local church for over 20 years. I am also supporting Ascension Trust as a Street Pastor and Trustee in my home town of Tunbridge Wells. It has long been my ambition to take my faith out of my church and to the people where ever they may be. By day I can be found working at a local car dealership.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Vision - Action through partnership</image:title>
<image:caption>As a charity we seek to support organisations and individuals that meet our charitable objectives. We prefer to operate at the small end of spectrum with trusted partners who we hold accountable for any funds we provide while allowing them too fulfil an autonomous vision. A number of the trustee’s have witnessed first hand the dangers of promoting a dependency culture so we endeavour to strengthen and promote the self sufficiency of anybody we partner with through a careful selection of projects and comitments. — Anthony Harper Chairman</image:caption>
